We provide free support.

This includes free email support from our highly trained, professional support staff, free access to the FAQ knowledge base where you'll find valuable updated information, free documentation - new and updated user manuals and tutorials as they become available, and more.

Our free support is available for all customers who are using a reasonably updated version of CommitCRM, typically versions which are not older than two years. If you are using an older version we will still try to help; however, with the fast pace at which we are releasing new versions, we cannot guarantee the same level of support for older versions.
